In my experience, a lot of realtors are very interested in you and the property that you’re selling until you sign a contract. After the deal is done, you barely hear from them again. Personally, I don’t even know how Lissa actually pulls off all that she does. She appeared at every single one of our showings. She handled the purchase of my condo and the sale of my previous home. On the sale side she prequalified all showings with the buyer's agents. After 12 showings in just 2 days, I had a contract!
